Zhang Min was previously the CEO at Fastlane China, a media company distributing direct magazines and newspapers, with distribution rights in metro systems cross China.
He was the head of sales at Media Partners International, where he spent 3 years until MPI's acquisition by JC Deceaux in 2005. MPI was one of the biggest outdoor media companies in China and was listed in the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Prior to his experience in the Chinese media industry, he worked at Price Waterhouse Coopers and Royal Dutch Shell with a focus on Media and Marketing.

Matt has spent the last ten years consulting and researching in Asia Pacific with a focus on China. He is the Managing Director of New Pacific Consulting, a strategy consulting firm advising Private Equity, Hedge Funds and industrial companies in emerging markets.
Previously, he started and led Synovate's Shanghai consulting practice. Earlier in his career, Matt was Director of Business Development with Converscient Technologies and Market Intelligence. He also held consultant and analyst roles with NFO WorldGroup and Prudential Securities.
